Royal Wedding

Today I had a viewing party for the Royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton now Catherine. We had tea, light-up tiaras, and plastic wedding rings. Getting to see the way William dotes on Catherine made my day and I will never forget the feeling I had when he walked his bride out of the church for the first time. ADORABLE!

The kiss was even more adorable. William is cute and gives a quick but sweet kiss to his new bride and makes her blush and chuckle. PRICELESS.

Moment to last a life time in their lives and mine. Here's to the happy couple....

Piano Music

Today I am sick and can't speak too well but find solace in the soft smooth sounds of Lorie Line's piano music. Pandora = awesome. I can't think of a better station to listen to on a gray and cold day. Someday I will learn how to play the piano. :)

Dangly Earings

I have a presentation today in my Ed. Tech Design class and am required to dresses appropriately. After wearing heels for the last 3 days I figured I would have no problem throwing them on again and heading out the door. What makes today different than all the rest? Today, I am wearing dangly earings with my hair up. I suppose it's sad that I love fashion so much but when you are exhausted and have to decide what to wear... take my advice, throw on a nice outfit, heels, and some sassy earings and you will make it through your day just fine. I also find that my days are more productive when I "dress for success." I'm praying the 90% of females that walk about our campus each day in sweats and makeup from the previous night find this page helpful. ;)

A Rainy Day

I woke this morning to a dark room. The sun was not shining through my blinds as it normally does, making it difficult to listen to my alarm. After getting ready for my day I stepped onto the bus, popped in my head phones, and knew exactly which album to choose. It's Time! -MB Foggy Day is my favorite... Now, the rain and intense winds, seem more like a perfect day for watching Pride and Prejudice with a cup of tea. Hmmm... tea and a movie based on an English novel. Perfect idea!
